Q: When playing World of Warcraft, I want to be able to configure my mouse buttons without using any external software. Is that possible?
A: Yes. With the launch of Patch 3.2.2 for World of Warcraft®, you are now able to bind all 15 buttons directly from the game interface. Check out this guide to setting up your World of Warcraft MMO Gaming Mouse in-game.
Q: Why can I not assign my WoW character to a profile?
A: If you are having issues with assigning your World of Warcraft Armory character to your profile, please ensure you have entered the correct region, realm and character name (including any special characters). If this information is correct and you are still experiencing issues, please check your character profile is assessable on the World of Warcraft Armory website (http://www.wowarmory.com/) and refer to the Armory FAQ for any further help (http://www.wowarmory.com/faq-character-sheet.xml).
Q: Why did some of my macros not show up after importing a profile?
A: There is a known bug with the World of Warcraft MMO Gaming Mouse software v1.05 related to exporting and importing profiles. The newly introduced custom macro Copy & Paste method is not being stored properly when you currently export you profiles. The result of this is when importing or recovering you profiles on a new / different computer, any macros created in Copy & Paste mode will not show up except for the macro title. Its function is not interpreted properly upon import. We are aware of the problem and are working on a fix. Please check for any further updates on http://www.steelseries.com/downloads.
Q: When will there be a Mac driver released for the software?
A: There are no immediate plans to release a native Mac driver, but we hope to add Mac OS support in the future. In the meantime you can use a third party remapping software such as ControllerMate: http://www.controllermate.com/.
Q: I have an issue with a "sticky button" on my World of Warcraft MMO Gaming Mouse, what should I do?
A: Over the course of the past month we've discovered a higher than acceptable return rate on the WoW MMO Gaming mouse. The problems were found within a limited number of manufactured units from the first batch of production.
